Basic Refund Policy

There are 2 types of items Myflexshop sells, and all 2 have slightly different Refund Policies:

  • Retail Items: These have a full 15-day refund guarantee. If you don't like the item or it is defective, we will either replace it at no cost to you, or you can send it back to us for a full refund.
  • Free Promotional Items: Due to the nature of these free promotional items, there is no refund applicable because you are not paying for the item. You pay for shipping, but that cost is not refundable because it goes towards actually shipping the item. 


SHIPPING
How much is shipping?

  • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping Internationally! Our standard shipping cost is Free, You Just pay the product price. On FREE Promotional Items shipping starts at $7.95 as we are shipping from our different warehouses overseas.


    Do you ship internationally?

    • Yes, we are offering international shipping. Our standard International shipping cost is FREE + INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on all products, You Just pay the product price. On FREE Promotional Items shipping starts at $7.95 as we are shipping from our different warehouses overseas.


    How long does it take for an order to arrive?

    • All items, delivery can vary and takes 2-4 weeks. We use manufacturers all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers, so not everything comes from the USA. These items ship via Countries Standard Shipping Carrier and all have tracking numbers.

    I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

    • We have a large assortment of products not stocked in our main warehouse. When you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before other. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. 


    Where do your other items come from?

    • Myflexshop is all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you won't find anywhere else. So we source items from all over the world. Because while some of our items do come from right here in the US, there are many items that are simply not available stateside. To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing the coolest stuff.


    Will I have to pay any customs fees?

    • We are confident that there will be no customs fees. However, we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties. If any such costs are required, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay the balance. In most cases, we also put a low price on the package to prevent this


    What are my payment options?

    • At this moment We accept payments only through PayPal. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express and many More Coming Soon.


    How secure is your site?

    • Myflexshop processes payments using the Secured Payment Gateways And Payal. We take security very seriously; all payments are verified by PayPal to prevent fraud.


    Can I amend my order?

    • Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order mostly within 6 hours of order. We ship items out usually within 1 working day, so cannot guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out with the correct items and shipping info.


    Where is my order?

    • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.


    Can I return or exchange an item?

    • Absolutely. We offer a 15 day refund time from the date you receive your parcel. Read our Refund Policy page for more info. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so we may resolve your issue with the product.


    What if I received a faulty item?

    • If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receiving your parcel) via ‘Contact Us’ on our website.
